When i visited a clothing warehouse with clothes for all ages, males and females (mostly females) in the local area i received some very bad customer service, which gave me a bad first impression of the shop. We looked around at all they had to offer and when i wanted to purchase an iteam of clothing, there was no sign of any employees. After approximately 5 - 10minutes of walking around calling for assistance the shop assistant came out from the back and apologised for the wait, yet this kind of service made me not want to o back to this shop.
If it wasn't for the product in the shop, i wouldn't have gone back.
